📝How it works

  • 1) Choose your menu

    Pick combo meals, snacks, and drinks in advance. Final menu and guest count are due 7 days before your event.

  • 2) Prepay the minimum

    Organizer covers the group upfront — there's no cash or individual transactions at the trailer itself.

  • 3) We show up and serve

    Guests just walk up and enjoy. You provide access, parking, and any needed permits — we bring the rest.

What your venue needs to provide

Safe trailer access and parking

Your venue needs a clear path for the trailer to pull in and park safely, with enough room to maneuver. This includes a flat, stable surface (grass, dirt, and gravel can work depending on conditions) and enough clearance for the trailer's size. Let us know your site layout when you book so we can confirm access works for your location.

Property or event approval

If you're hosting on private property, school grounds, or a public venue, you'll need to confirm with the property owner or event organizer that outside food vendors are allowed. Some venues require advance written approval — we're happy to provide any documentation your venue needs.

Any required permits

Depending on your event location, a temporary event or vendor permit may be required by the city or county. This is the organizer's responsibility to secure. If you're not sure whether your event needs one, let us know your venue type and we can point you in the right direction.

Adequate space for service

We need enough space near the trailer for guests to comfortably line up and be served, plus room for our team to operate safely. A good rule of thumb: think of the space needed for a small food truck setup, including a buffer for foot traffic.
